A contract is concluded mutually with you in accordance with the offer which we shall send you in line with these demands of yours, and the system is delivered after you effected the necessary payment. (According to the existing stocks, the time of delivery may be changed between 4-6 weeks.)

 

Teslimat Nerede ve Nasıl Yapılmaktadır?/Where and How the Delivery is Made?

 

Teslimat, Türkiye’nin her noktasına ilk alımlarda ücretsiz yapılmaktadır. İlk kurulum hizmeti ve eğitim ücretsiz olarak verilir.  Teslimat stoklarla sınırlıdır. Satın aldığınız ürün bir hafta içinde teslim edilebileceği gibi 4-6 hafta beklemek durumunda da kalabilirsiniz.

 

The delivery is made free of charge in the first purchases for everywhere in Turkey. The first setting up and training are provided free of charge. The delivery is limited with the stocks. The product which you purchase may be delivered within one week, or you may have to wait 4-6 weeks for the delivery.

We are always at your disposal to compensate any failures not resulting from any user’s mistakes (such as breakage, impact, water contact, etc.)

 

 

İADE ŞARTLARI/REFUNDING CONDITIONS

Sözleşme yapılıp ödeme alındıktan sonra iade yapılamamaktadır. Sözleşmeden 2 iş günü sonrasına kadar ödeme yapılmadığında sözleşme otomatik olarak fesih olur.

 

It is not refunded after the contract is made, and the payment is collected. In the case where the payment is not effected within 2 business days after signature of the contract, the contract is abolished automatically.
